Two-dimensional based vortex electrons sorting for orbital angular momentum transmission

A Two-Dimensional (2D) vortex electrons sorting method that can be used for Orbital Angular Momentum (OAM) transmission is proposed, which separate with different Topological Charges (TCs) into collectors in the 2D space. Compared traditional One-Dimensional (1D) sorting, distance increased from micrometer level to millimeter level, reduces inter-mode crosstalk and improves accuracy. Therefore, better Bit Error Rate (BER) performance obtained OAM wireless demultiplexing.
